Unfortunately all of our shipping is automatic, so we cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed.

If your package becomes damaged during transit, notify us within 7 days of the parcel being delivered at support@gleamteeth.co.uk with clear photos of everything you have received and the condition of the parcel/products. We can inspect the damaged package and the damaged items may be replaced.

Log in your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information there.

I don't have a Gleam account yet 

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, don’t stress! Your order will usually take around 24-48 Hours to be dispatched.

Standard Delivery (2-3 Working Days) - Free

Our Standard Delivery service ships via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and aims to deliver your order within 2 working days from dispatch.

Next Day Delivery (Order by 4pm) - £4.99

Our Next Day Delivery service ships via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and aims to deliver your order within 24 hours from dispatch.

All shipping timeframes operate in business days which excludes weekends and public holidays.

If your delivery has exceeded the shipping timeframe you will need to contact the courier delivering the parcel to you incase they have more information that isn't shown on your tracking link. Your parcel could be awaiting collection at your local post office.

Please contact support@gleamteeth.co.uk as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed by our warehouse. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, we may contact you or your order may be refunded once we are notified that the order has been returned/received. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.To start a return, you can contact us at support@gleamteeth.co.uk.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question at support@gleamteeth.co.uk.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@gleamteeth.co.uk.

Not at all! Our non-peroxide whitening formula has been extensively researched and developed to ensure that no pain, harm or sensitivity will be caused to the teeth or gums.

The kit includes 12 treatments. Some customers will see results after one treatment. However in order to achieve maximum results please use 12 full treatments.

  1. Gently brush teeth with toothpaste
  2. Take both batteries out of the LED Light, remove plastic and reinsert the batteries with the writing side facing up
  3. Mould the mouth trays around your teeth
  4. Twist top off gel syringe and apply 1/4 of the gel to the top and 1/4 to the bottom of the mouth tray
  5. Put the top and bottom trays in your mouth and turn the light on
  6. Wait 15-20 minutes
  7. Rinse mouth out with warm water & Smile!

After a full course treatment, results will typically begin fading after 9-12 weeks. To maintain whiteness, we recommend a top up every 14 days using our refill gels.

Our mouth tray is made of silicon. The trays will mould to fit your own unique teeth.

Unfortunately not. Our formula will only whiten natural teeth.

This is totally normal please do not panic! After using the kit rinse with water and brush your teeth for 2 minutes.

Our Gel (Refill Packs) are for when you have completed the initial Gleam Teeth Whitening Kit and are now into the maintenance stage of Whitening! The refill pack comes with 6 gel syringes totalling 12 treatments. 1-2 Treatments per week will allow you to maintain results all year round!

The refill kit comes with 6 Gels, providing a total of 12 applications. 

We recommend using 1/4 of the syringe on the top and 1/4 on the bottom of the mouth tray (1/2 syringe total). If you do find this is too much just reduce the amount of gel slightly until you feel comfortable with your applications.

With Clearpay you can pay for your order in four automatic instalments, interest-free. Payments will be automatically taken from your debit or credit card every 2 weeks. You’ll pay the first instalment at the time of purchase, and receive your order immediately.

To use this service simply:

  • Add your items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal
  • On the Checkout page, select 'Clearpay' as your Payment Method
  • Enter your details with Clearpay and you're done

Klarna 

With Klarna you can choose the option to either ‘Pay Later in 3’ or to ‘Pay Later (14/30 Days).

Pay Later in 3:With Pay Later in 3 you can pay for your order in three automatic instalments, interest-free. Payments will be automatically collected from your debit or credit card every 30 days. You’ll pay the first instalment at the time of purchase, and receive the order immediately. Instalment 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days after your first.

Pay Later (14/30 Days):With Pay Later (14/30 Days) you can pay for your order in full at anytime within 14 or 30 Days from your purchase date. Complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra costs and receive your order straight away.

To use this service simply:

  • Add your items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal
  • On the Checkout page, select ‘Klarna’ as your Payment Method
  • Complete order and you will be redirected to Klarna
  • Select whether you’d like to ‘Pay Later in 3’ or ‘Pay Later (14/30 Days)’
  • Enter your details with Klarna and you're done

You can login to your account at anytime to check on your order history and subscriptions history.

Once you have purchased, you will receive an email that will direct you to verify your account. To login, you need to verify this email before your account is ready to use.If you are still receiving an invalid email error message when signing in, you may need to reset your password, check you are signing into the same region your account was made in or contact support@gleamteeth.co.uk and our customer experience team can assist you.

Safety is the number one priority when formulating all Gleam products. Traditional whitening ingredients have been proven to cause damage to your teeth and gums, because of this Gleam uses Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid (PAP) as the active whitening ingredient.

PAP effectively whitens stains without compromising the health of teeth to leave your smile brighter and healthier. It is also perfectly safe for gums and the soft tissue in your mouth.

Not at all! Our PAP whitening formula has been extensively researched and developed to ensure that no pain, harm or sensitivity will be caused to the teeth or gums.

Please seek medical advice prior to using if you're pregnant, having serious gum problems or have recently had an oral operation. The Gleam Teeth Whitening Kit is not a substitute for regular dental care. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes thoroughly if our formula comes into contact with them. The formula will not whiten caps, crowns, veneers, fillings or dentures.

Every pregnancy can be completely different, so we always recommend consulting with your doctor prior to using Gleam products regarding any health concerns you may have.
